St. Ali

I first met Joe as a customer of St Ali. Having only known Joe for a short time it very quickly occurred to me that he was a passion driven businessman.

Joe is responsive and punctual; he has always been willing to receive my phone calls at any time of day. He is solution focused and has an ability to resolve issues quickly when under pressure.

For our St Ali North project Joe was able to operate with tight budget restraints. He was happy to work on a retention amount as he supported his own work.

Joe has an innate understanding of aesthetics, which is rare for a builder but from a client’s perspective made him simple to communicate with and easy to trust.

Joe is able to work with a number of different personality types. I have seen him interact with tradesmen as well as corporate clients; both view him with the same respect.

I would highly recommend Joe and hope to work with him again in the future.
